Are included in the renting rates:

The pitch, water, gas and electricity, the access to swimming-pools and water slide , the contribution to some entertainment (July and August) and the place for one vehicle in front of the accommodation.

Is not included in the rates:

The tourist tax payable with the balance of your stay 4 weeks before your arrival : (2009 : 0,36 € / day/person over 13 from 01/04 to 30/09)

Animal :

25 € per week
Deposit to send 4 weeks before your arrival only by credit card, with the balance of your stay (it is reminded that the deposits are not cashed) :

• 250 € by chalet or mobile-home.
• 60 € for cleaning.
• 30 € for gate master key
• 5 € for each wristlet.

All these deposits aregiven back the day of your departure, except early departure (by return of post). Security deposit for reservation:
30 % of the total amount of the stay : the tourist taxes and the 25 € for fees are included
The balance must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival.
Reservation fees: 25 € not recoverable in case of cancellation.
Sale of disposable sheets and pillowcases: 10 € the pair per week. Must be reserved.
